(okay, it's not structured. it's set up for a two year old. but still.)
and can i just tell you she loved it?
the day before we asked her if she wanted to go, and she said yes all excited. we told her she would be with friends, and that she needed to share and take turns, and things like that.
the second she got in the class room her and the three other little girls were running around like crazy and atty stopped and came up to me telling me she was playing with her friends and she was so excited.
i seriously thing it was the most fun she has ever had.
and i am really impressed with how well she did! she's two, so of course she moved a little more then she was suppose to, but what do you expect?
they sat in a circle, pointed their toes, made a butterfly with their legs and flew to disneyland, made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with their feet (which was atty's favorite,) and some other stretches that i can't remember. they walked on tip toes, jumped over "paint puddles," galloped, and some ballet things that i have no idea how to spell. they used the ballet bar. it was really just the cutest thing i have seen in my whole life.
holding hands with her "fwiends."
pointing their toes in a circle.
ballerina's!
after we left dance all she could talk about was how much fun she had with her friends and how much she loved dancing. we tried going to get her a leotard and tutu before class but the place we wanted to go to was closed.
so we went after. and can i just say, the glass slipper is the most amazing place in the world for little girl dance stuff? oh myyy gosh. seriously the cutest stuff ever.
she's the cutest thing ever in them.
atty has been practicing all week long and is so excited it's almost time for dance again this week!
we're thinking about putting her in gymnastics too so she will have something she likes to do twice a week instead of just once.
love my little stinker.
